Description
55 gallon tight head steel drum with a protective lacquer coating, holding 205 liters nominal (about 54 US gallons; 216.5 L brimful) and UN approved for dangerous goods in Packing Groups I, II and III. The lacquer gives the CR4 mild steel extra protection, so these drums keep longer in storage than plain steel drums. Chemical producers, oil and grease suppliers, and spirits handlers use this sealed drum where steel strength and a closed top are required.
Threaded 2″ and 3/4″ bungs in the fixed top seal tightly against leaks and let you pump or pour from one while venting through the other.
