Description

4-drum spill pallet with a 74 gallon (280 L) sump, molded from polyethylene and built to hold four 55-gallon drums along with smaller barrels and jerry cans. It catches leaks and drips before they reach the floor, protecting your facility, keeping workers off slick surfaces, and providing secondary containment for oil and chemical storage. The sump volume is more than 110% of one full 55-gallon (205 L) drum.

Removable black grates have an anti-slip surface and four circular grooves that seat standard steel drums and stop them from shifting. Holes in the grates let you pump from the sump without moving the drums.

Where It’s Used

Maintenance shops, fleet garages, manufacturing plants, farms, and warehouses that store motor oil, hydraulic fluid, coolant, solvents, and cleaning chemicals in drums. Polyethylene resists a broad range of chemicals and won’t rust, so it holds up outside as well as in.

How It Compares

For a weatherproof, lockable setup, the high-security 4-drum lockable spill pallet with hard cover encloses the drums. On a budget, the low-profile recycled 4-drum spill pallet covers the same footprint. See all drum accessories.

FAQ

Can I move the pallet with drums on it?

No. A spill pallet should never be moved while loaded. Position it first, then set the drums.

Why is the sump 74 gallons?

It holds more than 110% of a single full 55-gallon drum, so a full-drum failure stays contained.

How do I clean it?

Lift out the grates for full access to the sump. Without grates, empty pallets also stack to save space.
