What size spill pallet do I need?
Pick a spill pallet by the number of drums and the sump volume. A 2-drum pallet suits a single workstation, while a 4-drum pallet handles a full storage bay. The sump should hold at least the contents of the largest drum on it; check EPA and local rules for your site.

Drum Pumps and Funnels
The manual rotary drum pump with 2" bung moves about 10 gallons (37.85 L) per minute and is meant for oils, antifreeze, degreasers and other non-corrosive fluids. The aluminum hand rotary pump delivers about 5.5 gallons (21 L) per minute. For smaller containers and thinner liquids, the piston-type transfer pump screws onto the container and dispenses with a lever. The oil drum funnel with flip top makes refilling cleaner.
Drum Heaters
Heaters keep contents from freezing and lower the viscosity of oils, fats and soaps. Choose the plastic drum heater jacket (32 to 104°F) for plastic barrels. The metal drum heater jacket (68 to 428°F) and the drum base heater, which sits under metal drums up to 55 gallons, are built for metal drums. The silicone drum heater has an adjustable thermostat from 32 to 248°F for fats, food products, chemicals and soaps. Confirm electrical requirements on the product page before ordering.
Drum Handling
